We strive to ship your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed, many times the same business day. If the order is placed on the weekend or a major holiday it will usually be shipped the next business day. RollerSkateNation.com ships using UPS and FedEx for the majority of our orders. Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
How do I track my order?
Once you place your order we will send you an e-mail on how
to track your order status and once your order has shipped, we will send your tracking information via email. You can also track your order on our site by clicking on My Account. Please contact us if
you have any questions on the status of your order.
Do you require a signature for delivery?
In most cases, we do not require an adult signature for
deliveries, however, if you prefer for us to require a signature please
note that on your order or contact us
and let us know. Orders of high value or order which contain shipping addresses which differ from billing addresses will be sent with signature delivery requested. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave your
package without a signature is that of the delivery person (e.g. UPS/FedEx). If you would
rather have the delivery person leave your order on your door step it
is best to leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your
package with "No Signature Required". Shipping outside of the USA and to Hawaii and AlaskaStandard delivery time estimates, free shipping promotions and offers are not applicable for International
Orders or areas outside of the US 48 Contiguous Skates. Orders shipping to these areas usually ship USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days. We ship most orders with UPS and FedEx.
Both UPS and FedEx offers Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day. Ground
Shipping
Depending on how close you are to one of our warehouses your
order should arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves our
warehouse. Expedited Shipping -
Next Day
For Next Day shipping if the order is placed before 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT on a normal business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive
the next business day. If the order is placed after 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT or on
Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the next available business
day and arrive the next business day.
Expedited Shipping - 2 Day
For 2nd Day shipping if the
order is placed before 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT on a normal business day (Mon-Fri)
then the order will arrive in two business days. If the order is placed
after 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT or on Saturday or Sunday then the order will ship the
next available business day and arrive in 2 business days.
Expedited Shipping - 3 Day
For 3
Day shipping if the order is placed before 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT on a normal
business day (Mon-Fri) then the order will arrive in three business
days. If the order is placed after 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT or on Saturday or Sunday
then the order will ship the next available business day and arrive in 3
business days. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Orders shipping to the above mentioned locations will be shipped via USPS in order to offer the most economical method of secure shipping. Parcel Post shipping arrives between 15-20 days while Priority shipping arrives within 6-10 business days. Free shipping promotions, offers and the above mentioned delivery time-frames are not applicable for International
Orders or areas outside of the US 48 Contiguous Skates. (US Standard delivery time-frames, free shipping offers, and shipping promotions
exclude the states of Alaska & Hawaii , and all off-shore U.S.

Shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your order along with your shipping destination. To find out how much shipping will be just add the products to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and corresponding prices. Shipping for a single pair of skates to the Continental US (48 contiguous states) is generally around $14-$19.

Free shipping offers are available for the Continental US (48 contiguous skates) only. You may, however, still upgrade your shipping to 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day if you wish. Free shipping promotions and offers are not applicable for International Orders or areas outside of the US 48 Contiguous Skates. (Free shipping excludes the states of Alaska & Hawaii , and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. )
