Can you replace the bearings without using a special tool? Last Updated: 08/23/2011
Yes you can. Here are some simple instructions. Place the tip of a screwdriver in the center hole of the bearing and gently pry and move the screwdriver around the circumference until the bearing pops out. Use the opposite end of the screwdriver to press the bearings into the new wheels. Press only the center ring of the bearing. If you press the bearing on the side, it may bend it and then it will not roll well. We do recommend using the Reflex Tool.
