What are the difference between indoor and outdoor wheels?

You will need a "softer" wheel for outdoor skating and a "harder" wheel for indoor skating. A softer wheel will give you a better roll on the non-smooth surfaces such as sidewalks and streets. A soft wheel typically has a lot of grip. A harder wheel will give you a better roll on smoother surfaces such as skating rinks. A harder wheel typically is a more slicker wheel (not a lot of grip).Review our wheel selection.
