What is the difference between the size of the wheels and which one is best to use?
Last Updated: 08/23/2011
The size of the wheel is your personal preference, however, larger wheels tend to roll a little bit faster and have a little more smoother ride. Larger wheels are used for speed skating and fitness type skating. Skaters that need to "control" their skate (e.g. roller hockey, figure skating) will need a smaller wheel for enhanced maneuverability.
